Hunza Estate was founded in 2000 at M-17, Cornish Apartment Clifton
Block 1, Near Bilawal house Karachi, Pakistan, in a rented shop, with about 6
workers, with a small investment of finance. At that time business transaction
was not in a remarkable position as it is today. Due to hard and laborious work
and comprehensively innovative ways, the company gradually started progressing
and the company achieved a good and marketable good-will and notable reputation
in the locality, as compared to other existing agencies.
The shop, in which the company first started functioning its
business, was purchased from its owner. It was then expanded and the adjacent
shop was also included in the Business Premises of the Company.
